Suppression is useless

Can we add back the accuracy penalty to players under suppression as it feels absolutely terrible to try pin down a sniper for a team mate to take out With them suffering zero penalties beside delayed health regen and immediately getting killed for tryying.

This worked wonders in 3, 4, 1 and 5 so why was it removed besides favouring snipers again.
