Tank sensitivity issue on PC (same as beta)

Hi everyone!
I need some help regarding tank driver sensitivity. I had this problem during the Beta, and now I have the same problem in the full game. 
No matter what I do in the settings, the 1st person sensitivity is very low while the 3rd person sens is very high. During the Beta, I wasn't the only one with this problem, saw a few other discussions about it on this forum and on Reddit. The settings are very confusing and I don't know what to change in order to reach a good feel while driving the tank. 
Even if my 1st person sens is decent, then the 3rd person is superfast and unplayable, or when the 3rd person is managable, then the 1st person is way too slow and I basically can't rotate the turret. 
So any tank players out there who managed to figure this out, please help or share your sens, or tell me what I'm doing wrong because in previous Battlefield games it was always fine for me.
