The Battlefield team are liars.

Hello, I'm one of the many affected by the game's launch issue, unable to access multiplayer normally. After waiting a couple of hours, I saw a post about a possible way to play through the portal. I accessed it and played for a while, then a post appeared about the problem affecting EA App players and that they would be compensated. Well, to this day I haven't seen anything in my inbox. I contacted EA via email and the bot just keep telling me my account isn't eligible for the reward. Even Vince Zampella himself said that people who logged in through the portal should receive compensation. This is truly sad, how the game developers remain silent about the thousands of players who didn't receive the reward, and especially the complete lack of news about these cases. This is simply a scam or a lie to some loyal Battlefield players. It's sad.
