The footsteps were too silent in the beta so far

Question

The only footsteps that I could hear easily were my own, which are the ones I do not care about hearing. Meanwhile enemies could get the jump on me from behind without any audio cues.

This is something you need to look into, I do not know if it is tuning or something that just mutes the footsteps of others in many cases

I'm surprised this doesn't have more support. I really enjoyed BF6 but it had one of the worst footstep audio I have experienced in FPS games. This is one of the things that BF2042 did well (for the most part,wasn't the best in buildings)

Still the worst audio in any fps game. Cant hear people runnin 2 meters next to me
