Please, don't stigmatize all mental health players. I do have mental health issues and in-fact seeing myself on top of scoreboard without any illegimate advantages brings sense of proudness when I intrapersonally know I'm not the most greatest gamer out there.
For me, gaming serves as a fantasy coping.
Definitely not aiming to stigmatize folks with mental health issues especially as someone who has struggled with OCD myself. As your case attests, the overwhelming majority of people with mental health issues do not cheat. There are however some cheaters whose desire/compulsion to cheat is related to their mental struggles.
