Well though I wouldn't so harsh as the OP, I have to agree with the general meaning of his message. Hot key binding is split all around the game menus and not very easy to use effectively. And being unable to bind/rebind some functions with the keys you'd like is utterly frustrating.
I was even unable to find the EOD robot commands bindings and can hardly use it as of now considering that moving it is moving the camera bearing at the same time 😭
