THIS IS A JOKE.
Where should I start????
I got banned on the 16th of October for "Gameplay Enhancement" after 5 Hours of playing. I checked Reddit, the Forum, Steam etc. and read that this is a common problem due to the AI Javelin.
Full of hope I claimed an appeal, explained my situation and asked if I can get help or at least if i can be told what caused the BAN. After 5 days, I was told that i will be contacted.
Day 8 I was told the same message. My case will be checked and I will be updated via Mail.
Day 13, I still didnt get a response. I started contacting the support via "Compromised Account" (see attached pictures) and Ive been told that my Appeal was taken out of queue????? Why? - No Response.
I am sick and tired of trying to get any Information from the EA Support, A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY.
I PAID 70€ for this game and I played 5 hours and then this ?! THIS IS ABSURD. Any contact with the support was a joke, no help nothing.
Latest Update: I can not see my BAN anymore and therefore cant appeal. I was told I should try to appeal again, BUT I CANT, I DONT SEE MY BAN. The support isnt any help, I was in contact with 5 different Supporters and all of them are useless.
I will never buy any EA Game and will advise everyone asking me to stay away from this joke company.
