  • I hope this message finds you well. I am writing once again to formally appeal the unfair ban on my Battlefield 6 account (ID:wflke89unn9d ). My account was suspended in May 2026 without any clear, specific, or justifiable explanation. The only reason provided on your system was “Game Enhancement” – a term so broad and vague that it gives me no real understanding of what exactly triggered the ban. This lack of transparency makes it impossible for me to defend myself or even identify which background process or system conflict might have been falsely flagged.

 

To make matters worse, when I tried to look up my ban record on EA’s official platform or account management page, I could not find any ban history at all. My account status shows nothing unusual on the surface, yet every time I launch the game, I am immediately greeted with a message stating that I have been permanently banned. This contradiction leaves me completely confused – I do not even know what exact state my account is in. Without a visible ban record, I have no way to verify the details, nor can I understand why the system blocks me while denying any record of the penalty. This lack of clarity further reinforces my belief that the ban is a technical error or a false positive.

 

I want to state, as clearly as possible, that I have never used any cheat software, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools. My playstyle has always been fair and casual. In fact, my overall KD ratio is below 1.0, which is hardly the mark of a cheater – it simply reflects that I am an average player who enjoys the game for fun, not for competitive advantage. If I were using any external aids, my statistics would look very different, and I believe your internal telemetry data can confirm this.

 

I have already submitted multiple appeals through the official channels, but all of them were either automatically rejected or simply ignored. My most recent appeal was sent over a month ago, and I have yet to receive any response – not even a standard acknowledgment. This prolonged silence is disheartening, especially for a player who pre‑ordered the game and paid 268 RMB (roughly $40) for it. I am now left with a game I cannot access, and that is a significant financial and emotional loss.

 

I am aware that EA has the capability to review in‑game data, performance metrics, and input patterns to distinguish genuine cheaters from innocent players. I sincerely request that your team conduct a thorough manual investigation of my match history, statistics, and gameplay recordings. I am fully confident that such a review will show no irregularities and prove that the ban was a false positive. In addition, I ask that you please check your internal ban records for my account – if there is indeed a ban, please reveal it clearly; if there is none, then kindly restore my access immediately.

 

I am not asking for special treatment – only for fairness and a second chance. Please take a closer look at my case, and if the data supports my innocence, I kindly ask that you lift the suspension and restore my account.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this for so long.

    I understand why this feels frustrating, especially when the game shows a permanent ban, but you’re not seeing anything in Penalty History. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

    If you still disagree with the action, the best next step would be to continue through the support team and submit another request with all of the details you shared, including that the ban is not appearing in your Penalty History page.
