Unlimited flares.

This is so unbelievably **bleep**, helicopters and planes should not have regenerative flares. Then I should have regenerative missiles. It makes absolute no sense that they have unlimited amount of flares. And after the flares go I lock on and fire my missile and it's still misses. Fix it
