Urgent Appeal - False Ban of 4 BF6 Accounts (Café Login)

Subject: Urgent Appeal - False Ban of 4 BF6 Accounts (Café Login) | 12-Year Veteran | 3 Rejected Appeals | Evidence Attached

Dear EA TOS Senior Specialist,

I am the holder of an EA account, registered in 2014. As a loyal 12-year veteran, I have purchased and played five consecutive Battlefield titles, from Battlefield 3 to Battlefield 6. I am writing to formally appeal the simultaneous ban of my account and three friends’ accounts when we logged into Battlefield 6 at an internet café at 13:00 (GMT+8) on December 21, 2025.

This ban is a systematic false positive triggered by pre-flagged data on the café’s public devices. We had no in-game violations, and all our historical in-game stats are normal. We have submitted 3 formal appeals, but only received template automated replies without any human review, and no explanation for the illogical fact that four accounts were banned at the same time and location.

We have prepared a complete evidence chain, attached as a JPG including the café’s official payment receipt, screenshots of normal in-game stats for all four accounts, on-site photos, team-up records, and purchase receipts for all five Battlefield titles. We are willing to provide any additional information required.

We earnestly request a senior specialist to conduct a genuine human review, re-evaluate the four accounts fairly, and unban them promptly if the false positive is confirmed. Please do not let a system error betray the trust of long-term players. We look forward to a direct human response, not a template.

Sincerely,FJJ71128

I’ve appealed four times already, but every time I only get automated template replies and they just close my ticket immediately.I’m completely innocent—this was just a false ban from using a public internet café PC.I’m a 12-year veteran of the franchise, but now I feel totally helpless.

To anyone reading this:Stay away from Battlefield if you can.For the rest of my gaming life, I will never choose another Battlefield title again.

    To all Battlefield players,

After 12 years of playing this franchise, I’m truly heartbroken.

My account was falsely banned along with three friends at an internet café due to a system false positive. I’ve appealed four times, but every response is just an automated template, and my tickets get closed immediately with zero human review.

I’m completely innocent, but there’s nothing I can do.

If you’re thinking about getting into Battlefield, I sincerely suggest you stay away. Once you get wrongfully banned, you get zero support, no justice, and no second chance.

I’m done with Battlefield for good. I won’t be coming back.

First of all, internet cafe's do they still exist?

But if so, that might be very tricky to play at. You never know what has been installed on those systems by the owner or others that might potentially trigger the anticheat.

I get why this feels frustrating, but there’s an important detail here that might explain what happened.

Playing from an internet café can be risky when it comes to anti-cheat systems. Those machines are shared, and you don’t really know what’s been installed, run in the background, or even left behind by previous users. Anything from injected software to modified system files can trigger detections -- even if you personally did nothing wrong.

That doesn’t automatically mean the ban is correct, but it does make the situation harder to verify from the outside, since the system flags the environment, not just the player.

If you haven’t already, it’s worth including that context (internet café, shared PCs, multiple affected accounts) clearly in your appeal, as it’s a key factor support would consider when reviewing cases like this.

At the very least, this is a good reminder for others: playing on unmanaged/shared systems carries a real risk with anti-cheat protections.

    Hi JJ71128,

I've merged your new post with your existing one, since they're about the same topic.

  • Whatever happened,

they won't have to give your account back. In fact, they'll have to hardware-ban that IP and that PC.

I'm sorry, but if you like playing, you all understand what we're feeling.

We don't want to have anything more to do with these cheating people.
