Vehicle reticle hardcore

Please fix the "no vehicle reticle" in hardcore when you turn the crossbar off.  Separate the hip fire cross hair from the vehicle ones.  Its nearly impossible to drop bombs in the jet without it and also very unrealistic.  This needs timo be fixed.  Its ruining the vehicle experience in hard core.
