I've heard rumors that the release version will feature a boot camp mode and if true I hope there are requirements for everyone to take them to unlock the ability to drive, pilot them. That might lesson the type of behavior you are describing. Of course learning is a process so there are always going to be players trying to get their bearings and understand what to do and where to go. No one emerges from the womb knowing all this stuff.
