this game is designed for console players ( they have less recoil and BLOOM).
the gunfight being decided by RNG is by far the worst experience you can have in a shooter. if you are shooting someone in a headglitch does not matter if you can keep your reticle in his head, RNG will kick in and you wont be able to kill.
