What did you do to the main menu! Bugs everytime I leave a game

I'm trying to click on a game mode like conquest, as soon as i move the box over the left side pops up to bulletin and the box i have highlighted just clicks because the game things i'm on the wrong ...

Having same issue but seems to only affect menu options within Winter Offensive submenu for me. Can't click or use keyboard to select any of the options.
