I've been having a problem where everything around my sight blurs. best example is in the firing range and i look at one of the targets through my sight, the ones in my peripheral are extremely blurred, no matter which sight as long as it's not iron. If i go face a wall and aim you can see the whole shade of the screen change a tad outside of the sight.
I understand this for say a 4x scope, but even the 1x reflex acts the same.
I've tried all number of combinations between my monitor and graphics settings, in game too. sovis, motion blurs, chromatic stuff and i've changed the dof to 0.
The dof thing is what i thought it would be at first, as it looked like it was blurring my peripherals in the same way it was my gun, but sadly it just made the gun clearer and not everything else.
I'm new to pc gaming so i'm really struggling with this and no matter how i type this problem anywhere all i'm getting is "motion blur" or "dof" related answers that i've already tried.
Is this potentially a bug or is the solution hidden my end somewhere?
That being said this whole debacle has got me more savvy with the aa side of things. The game in every other aspect looks phenomenal away from taa.

Oh yes, I think I had that one: it's not just the view inside the scope that has some weird lines and blur, but the whole view outside the scope as well right? If yes, the solution is to toggle DLSS off and on (or on and off in my case, as I don't use it). Don't ask, I got this from reddit and it sorted it out for me.
