Why are there so many weekly challenges about winning?

There are so many challenges about winning in my weekly challenge that my refresh rate is simply not enough.

This is really hard for players with poor skills to accept, especially in some game modes where winning is not a competition between two sides but among multiple parties. In such cases, it is even more difficult to take the top spot.

There are two obvious disadvantages to the challenge that requires victory:

First, this won't make rookie players play more games; instead, it will make them feel frustrated and give up their missions.

Secondly, this will cause new players who join the game to quit immediately, because when they find themselves at a disadvantage, they can't see any hope of completing the challenge. This makes the overall quality of the game even worse.

I strongly recommend that these challenges be changed from the number of victories to the number of completions.

The dailies/weeklies seem to try and get you to do things you don't want to do:
     * Win X games in a mode you have no interest in.
     * Get X kills with a gun you don't want to use.

I think it's to make it harder to progress the battle pass, to encourage you to pay money to skip a chunk of the grind.  Even with the rerolls, I have at least half the weeklies I won't be doing.  I play the game the way I want, so am punished.
