Why do my challenges keep resetting

I absolutely love this game — it’s fantastic in almost every way — but the challenge system is a complete mess. It’s poorly designed and downright frustrating. Half of the challenges are impossible to complete unless you rely on other players, and some can’t even be done legitimately (repair 6,000 dmg in a match, which, if you used a tank, would require you to repair 60 fully broken tanks in a single game, which is a herculean feat). I understand that they’re meant to be challenges — that’s fine — but this is just absurd.

Right now, I’m stuck on the final Support challenge: dealing 2,000 damage with the airburst launcher. Simple enough, right? Wrong. It only counts the impact damage (a pathetic 14–20 per hit) and completely ignores the burn damage, which would actually make the task achievable. To make matters worse, progress tracking is broken across game modes. Conquest doesn’t register any damage, so I switched to Breakthrough — only for it to finally count 50 damage and then freeze again.

 I thought switching modes might fix it, as I had with the grenade intercept challenge, which I know many others had to go through, but instead it reset my progress entirely, wiping out the 1,247 painstaking points I’d already earned. At this point, it’s not even about skill or effort — it’s about fighting the game’s broken systems. Is anyone else dealing with this? Because it’s honestly ridiculous that a game this good can be dragged down by something so infuriatingly sloppy.
