Why is my token 25 tiers start bonus 12 days after I start ???

Question is in the title tbh, but seriously, one of the reasons I bought the Phantom pack, as did millions of others, and find it was a nasty piece of promotional lies by Dice, disgusted, already tier 35, your so called head start was total bull**bleep**, it will mean absolutly nothing by the 22nd Oct .. Give it now or how about a similar "sorry" bonus, so so disapointed, I feel conned, so do many many other, you misled us .. Suspect it was intentional too ..
