Why is There Still a 30 Minute Time Limit in Conquest?

I thought we moved on to 45 minute times after the latest update? Today I had a few games where a comeback could have happened, but the countdown timer starts at 29 minutes, and doesnt give me or the enemy team time for a comeback that is completely possible. The timer at this point should just be removed, or put it to 60 minutes like previous battlefield games.
