Will I get banned?

Hi I recently got a week suspension for having a username that ''referenced violence'' and I was wondering if it was a false flag or something. My username on steam is [Removed] and I've never had any previous issues with reports, bans, etc. I've also looked over the user agreement and couldn't find anything about ''referenced violence'' or how my name could be linked to that. My question is if I continue to use my username after my suspension will I get banned? If my name in real life is [Removed] is there a place to submit legal documents for review to get my name approved? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
