Ive been Permanently banned from using BF6 and It seems like my appeal has been removed entirely, no email notice or anything. I doubt i will ever get to play BF6 again as I cant get an answer as to why or how it happened. Im not even sure if this is a hardware ban too, I have questions but EA is completely silent and issuing bans like crazy right now. I totally understand banning people for cheats and devices like cronus, but for those who received bans with 0 minutes of gameplay or not using cheats, there has to be a serious issue with the anti cheat system or EA is committing some serious fraud by banning legit people and making them repurchase the game again. Ive seen way too many appeals go unanswered or deleted.
Yeah I am experiencing the same thing. this is crazy.... I have been with EA for 10 years and since they just sold to place in the east seems sketchy to be banning people for no reason. Plus this customer service is terrible and I am sure this message will get deleted for me saying that. I have yet to see a company say "24/7 Live Chat Support" and I have yet to be answered for almost 12 hours
