Wtf why are smg overpowered And why are starting characters all females

I was looking a the beginning skins and why are my only choice except 2 classes starting characters all female wtf why don't we have choices ? And to even unlock other skins but they are geared to playing big modes wtf?

And last but not least the SMGs are crazy good with crazy aim a assist watch my buddy play with his SMG guy doesn't even have to aim it just destroy at far range is crazy to me they are good for short range and the carbines and assault ranges don't do **bleep** at far range I need explaining on how EA got there specs on how guns work cause they need to be fired
