You broke the game. Acknowledge it or refund me

Happens to me as well.  I have tried everything.  Even a complete format and reinstalling all my drivers and bios update. I have verified temps are within range on cpu and gpu so its not a heat issue.  Ive tried every suggested fix... from tuning off/on hardware acceleration, turning off all overlays, fullscreen/borderless, and the list goes on and on.  Fix this **bleep** EA... you took my time and my money!
