I have a good fiber optic connection and 10/9 ping. In my country, all my friends are in the same situation. We always have to play on Russian, Asian, or American servers... tell me what we can do...

There are many potential causes for this issue. You should contact support and see if they can help you resolve the issue. While I do have some basic knowledge regarding networking, I don't have the specialized knowledge to offer you advice that would be useful to you.
