Ranked Points (PR) Are Being Incorrectly Deducted

I’m experiencing a serious issue with the Ranked Points (PR) system in REDSEC.

Before my last match, I was only 37 PR away from the next rank, which means I had 12,313 PR.

The match result shows a total change of -14 PR:

• Entry Cost: -60 PR
• Confirmed Eliminations: +12 PR
• Confirmed Assists: +24 PR
• Placement: +10 PR
• Final result: -14 PR

Therefore, my correct total after the match should be:

12,313 - 14 = 12,299 PR

However, the game shows 12,239 PR, meaning I lost an additional 60 PR that is not accounted for anywhere.

Interestingly, this unexplained -60 PR is exactly the same as the Entry Cost, which strongly suggests that the Entry Cost may have been deducted twice.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have repeatedly noticed significantly more PR being removed from my account than what is displayed in the post-match results.

I have screenshots documenting the issue, including this match where the numbers clearly do not add up.

I am requesting that EA/DICE investigate my Ranked PR history and restore ALL Ranked Points that were incorrectly deducted from my account due to this bug, not just the 60 PR from this specific match.

Ranked progression requires a significant amount of time and effort, and losing points because of a scoring bug is extremely frustrating and unfair.

Please investigate my account’s PR history, identify every instance where incorrect deductions occurred, and restore the missing points.
