100% Disk Usage w/ Silicon Power UD90 SSD

Every few games I'll get stuck in a near infinite load screen with my disk usage shooting up to 100%, rendering my pc completely useless. Issue is even worse with redsec. There's multiple people on reddit with the same issue with this exact ssd. I'm extremely reluctant to purchase a new drive as Bf6 is the only game I've had issues with. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    reset virtual memory Misconfigured virtual memory can cause excessive disk usage. Accessing the advanced system settings allows you to temporarily disable and then re-enable system-managed paging file size, which can reset this configuration.
