The same happened to me on my old EA account. I eventually gave up and made a new account. The hard truth is that EA has a general tendency to forget about players that they ban. I'm not saying that they won't appeal it, I'm just saying it's probably unlikely. If you can, I would recommend trying to link your games to a new account.
