3 month still investigate if i cheated

It's very sad and upsetting that I won't be able to play the game I love anymore. I was banned for no reason. It was said that I was using something to enhance my aim, and I appealed, stating that was wrong. I never used anything; I play with a PlayStation controller on PC. I appealed, and it's been three months, and I'm still waiting, as you can see in the picture. It's very sad that I'm off work and can't play the game. And for sure, I'm not going to buy the game anymore, as I've been playing since 2012 when BF3 was released. I have so many clips of having a good time playing it.

Why buy the game when I know I didn't cheat? If I had cheated, they would have gotten back to me and told me that I cheated, but they never did. That's why I posted the image to show that it's taking them a long time to respond.

  • The same happened to me on my old EA account. I eventually gave up and made a new account. The hard truth is that EA has a general tendency to forget about players that they ban. I'm not saying that they won't appeal it, I'm just saying it's probably unlikely. If you can, I would recommend trying to link your games to a new account.
