5.11 Tactical SMS Promo – Be-Ready Player Card Not Received

I redeemed the 5.11 Tactical SMS promo on January 24 (text BATTLEFIELD6 to 29683) which was supposed to unlock the Be-Ready Player Card. The code redeemed successfully, but the player card never appeared in-game. I waited well beyond the 2-hour window, restarted multiple times, checked all Player Card/Customization sections, and never received an in-game inbox message.
