Quick update: I just logged in and the Be-Ready Player Card is now in my account. I also received an in-game mail confirming the reward was granted. For reference, I originally redeemed the SMS promo on January 24, so there was a significant delay before it appeared. Posting this in case others are waiting on the same item.
