6 FPS !!!

WTF? What's wrong with this game? I can't get more than 6 FPS in the menu. All drivers are up to date, then I formatted my PC, and nothing has changed. People, there's nothing you can do. There's not...

It seems to have something to do with your CPU, it could be caused by bad cooling or anything really.
