Account Appeal Overdue
I am posting here to express serious concern regarding the efficiency of the account appeal process.
When I submitted my account appeal, the system explicitly stated that I would receive a response within 24 hours. It has now been over 48 hours, and I have received absolutely no update or response email.
My account has been wrongfully banned, which is significantly impacting my ability to play the game and my rights as a customer. I understand that the support team may be busy, but for a process that promises a 24-hour turnaround, having more than double that time pass with zero communication is extremely frustrating.
I would like to know:
Is my appeal currently being processed?
Why is the actual response time significantly exceeding the promised 24 hours?
How much longer should I expect to wait for a definitive resolution?
I urgently require clarification and hope to have my account access restored as soon as possible. Thank you to anyone who can provide assistance or insight.
