So. I play on PS5. Hardly ever us a mic. And i go on today after playing last night and see this. I dont know. Hope to get this fixed quick.

Seeing as your penalty page is empty even though the account is disabled, I suspect you may have signed in to the wrong account when checking for the penalty. You'll want to try signing in with a different login method to access the right account and create an appeal.
Unfortunately, we're unable to directly support account-related issues here on the forums. If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look.

I made a ea account after this happened , never had one before... i made sure both my emails were tied to it. Both of them say no penaltys. I have filed an appeal but i've heard nothing yet.

Thanks for that update. Since the penalties aren't under either of your known email addresses, there is definitely another account and email out there that your device is connected to. I'm afraid you'll need to find that account and appeal with it for the ToS team to revisit the action. This page has a few methods to help locate the email associated with the account you've been playing under. If you can find the lost email and account, you can submit an appeal for the action then. Please do not try to unlink, as game progress is stored on the EA account level and unlinking will cause you to lose your progress.
