Account got blocked

On October 14th I purchased battlefield 6. I installed it via steam, then I was able to keep on playing until today. After the season 1 update, when I opened the game, a prompt came up telling me that I violated EA'S user agreement and my account was disabled. Then I pressed on "Go back" and it took me to login interface. Now I never had EA account in my life, so how come I was able to play it with an account that was never created by me?. My in game name was "majaharul islam" when I first started. At that time i didn't had to log into anything. Today I ended up making one EA account thinking this might be an issue. After making account, I tried to log in using that account credentials in the game, now it's telling me i already got account, it has found one or more accounts linked. Could you guys help me out with this. Not sure what's going on. I paid a good amount money onto this game. I cannot even get refund for it. I'll attach some screenshot for review. I got proof of purchase.
