I have recorded all my conversations with all EA employees i've spoken with my latest conversation to sum up was finally with a human.
I started a new conversation and after talking with them they transferred me to a different team member who they said could help.
This person has said he will report the bug to their team to have the issue resolved asap. I requested an ETA that they didnt have and asked if I should check up in 24-48 hrs based off their previous experience to which they said yes please.
I will update this case as I receive updates.
