The game is detecting the iGPU inside the CPU. You want the game to detect the dGPU AMD 6800M instead.
Some gaming laptops have a feature called a Mux Switch. It switches between the iGPU and dGPU.
Here's how to turn the Mux Switch on/off for an Asus laptop.
I know about the Mux switch; however, this laptop unfortunately does not have that feature. The laptop was a best buy exclusive to showcase the power of an all AMD CPU and GPU laptop.
