I've been playing the Battlefield series since Battlefield 2 (BC2, BF 3, BF 4, BF 1 and BF 5) and have only ever had one EA account. I played BF4 on PlayStation 4 (at release, accounts linked, i played BF4 and 5 first on console) and later also on PC via EA Play (BF4) and owe the others on PC too (BF 6 on Steam). And of course, the skins and boosters weren't unlocked for me...am i on a blacklistet or something?!?!

I've been waiting for over two months for my Twitch beta drops, another Twitch skin I paid for (subscription), and the daily login rewards, and nothing's happening. Now this has happened too.

I opened a ticket for both via EA Help, but I only get pre-written answers or am told that they are working on it...

It is not even funny anymore...i love the series and BF 6 too but either i have problems with your updates, missing stuff or i have to pay for everything extra, and even then i  don´t get everything, even if i bought the bf 6 pro edition and payed 100 euro, this seems to be nothing for you, i am a no name and have no prio. 

While the Redsec "elite" get extra skins, dog tags for participating in tournaments, events and mostly everything else for free, while I don't even get the "free stuff" you advertise or that I've invested time and money in... that's such great and nice marketing. Back in BF 4 you bought dlc´s and nearly got everything, those times seems to be over only people with money or the "elite" gets everything. 

Every day there's something new to look forward to, like a box of chocolates...

What should I do?
