The moderators aren’t helping. Unfortunately, there are many of us with the same problem. In my case, I only played for about 90 minutes before I got banned on Steam. I still have the option to refund the game, but that’s not the point — I’m waiting for a response before doing so, since some users have already refunded it, bought it again on the EA app, and got banned a few hours later for no apparent reason.
that is highly disappointing. I ended up refunding on both platforms. Not worth my time anymore.
