I've gotten banned as well with nothing in the penalty history. Lot's of people are facing this.
Bro, I've been banned randomly twice now even rebought the game and created a new PlayStation account just to get banned again for no reason. At least this time I got about three weeks of playtime before getting banned; the first time I got banned on launch day. That’s $140 down the drain, and if I can’t get my account back this time, I will not be buying it again.
