I got the exact same "ban" on the 18th right after I stopped playing during the evening. Was going to hop on and play a few matches before bedtime on the 19th. But I noticed that the game took a while to start compare to the usual and when the game started it said that I got perma banned because my account has violated EA's user agreement. No cheats, no exploit of bugs or anything that could have violated TOS.
Submitted an appeal yesterday, now I'm just waiting for a reply. Hopefully they see this thread and actually admit to that they have made a mistake. It would sting a little to not be able to play after spending 70 euros... Quite insane to perma ban someone without evidence on that the person actually cheated.
Just posted my case on here aswell, and after reading yours, it's the same exact for me!!! Last time i played was on the 18th, and on the 19th i was banned. With the same "reasoning"
