Unfortunately, its been more than 10 days and i am still banned. EA is not responding to my case at all.
Keep your head up, it took them almost 2 weeks but i was finally unbanned today. CHECK YOUR EMAILS PEOPLE!
There was no new update on my case page! I got an email notification, stating that i was unbanned. The case is still open and i'm gonna keep it that way.
