Banned from Battlefield 6 for no reason...

Hi!

How can I contact someone from EA, who can help me with mine and my's gf's problem?

I preordered BF6, played it on the release day, with no problem at all, I bought it on Steam.

Yesterday (12 of Oct) I bought it for my gf too via Steam as a gift. We were having no issues with the game at all. I wanted to play this morning (13 of Oct), got a message that my account is permanently banned. I checked my gf's PC, she is also banned too.

Tried to check the penalty history on your webpage, webpage is not loading in.

Downloaded my account data, on penalty history, I see this:

Penalty History

Competitive advantage? With my k/d ratio? Never used any cheats, I think cheating is disgusting degrading the gaming experience to simple clicking tournament, and ruining the game for others. It's just disgusting.

I didn't downloaded my gf's account data, bet I pressume she got the same reason. Well, she just started to play FPS games like 2 months ago, she uses to get killed in every match like 20 times, and got maybe 2 or 3 kills...

What are you guys doing there?

I bought the game for 70 USD. Twice. And got this? Really?

We love this game, and I won't let my hard earned money to get wasted because of the fault of others.

Please contact me, and let's solve this issue.

Translated with Google from German, so ignore some mistranslation.

    Dear Community,

I'd like to share my experience with EA and what I consider an unjust, permanent account ban. Here's my letter to EA; I've now reached the maximum appeal limit. I'm appalled at how EA treats long-time customers.

    Dear EA Team,

I'd like to share my almost two-month experience with a BF6 ban and your feedback, which unfortunately still leaves me hanging without a satisfactory solution. Appealing via Time of Flight is pointless, and I've done so more than ten times.

    * I am not a cheater and I am also against cheaters. I've been a loyal player of the series for over 20 years.

    * I am not aware of having installed any program that allegedly provides cheating advantages.

    * I have now filed appeals more than ten times and exchanged several emails with you. Some of the replies are generic, presumably from India, with a reference to the appeal page. So, it's just going in circles. Unfortunately, a different employee always answers and promises help, but it's completely useless, as the communication always starts all over again.

    * The result via the appeal page is always the same: the ban is justified, and the ban remains in place.

    * Unfortunately, you don't tell me exactly what I'm being accused of, which program was responsible for triggering Javelin, which makes it difficult to uninstall anything when you don't even know what it is.

    * Unfortunately, with this lack of knowledge about what triggered Javelin, even a new purchase with a new account doesn't help; you'd probably just fall into the same trap again and lose another €70-100. EA keeps the money; there's no refund. Which doesn't help me at all. I just want to play fairly.

    * EA confirms in the reply email below that, to protect the Javelin system, they cannot/will not tell us what caused the ban.

    * EA mentions overlays, macro programs, and trainers as possible causes. I have the following installed:

    * Nvidia Overlay (can't be the problem in my opinion)

    * Overwolf Overlay (could be the cause, although I don't use it at all, but it's installed; only the PC Game Benchmark app is integrated. So nothing that should lead to cheating, except for the installation itself).

    * PC Game Benchmark for FPS benchmark (shouldn't be the problem either, since it only measures FPS) and wasn't even active for BF6

    * G-HUB for mouse button mapping (without using macros), which I absolutely need to map the mouse buttons to keyboard keys. Is that supposed to be cheating?

    * SteelSeries for keyboard, that shouldn't be the problem.

    * Conclusion: After almost two months, I still don't know what the problem is, I have no solution, no real help from EA, and I'll probably just stop buying EA online games sooner or later to avoid wasting any more money. It's a real shame when you 20 years of EA history behind it. It's not the only EA game, after all. Perhaps it's also intentional that players over 50 no longer participate? I still hope that EA will find a solution here.

    The following suggestions to EA:

    * More information about which third-party programs conflict with Javelin, possibly a PC system scan before starting the game, perhaps also using a separate tool
    * Give players a chance to uninstall third-party programs
or whatever led to a ban

    * No permanent bans on the FIRST occurrence or trigger of a ban by Javelin.

    * The community thus helps to optimize Javelin, identify false positives, and inform players about system conflicts before starting the game

    Thank you and best regards

    Michael
