Hey mate, any updates? I am in the same situation you are in. I only found out that it was ReWASD too. Even though the developers of that software stated it was fine to have it installed on my PC.
I used it on games that don't naturally support controller, retro games etc.., and even used it on games that I was playtesting, even for EA themselves and it was never a problem with them in the past. It's been on my PC for the last 4 or 5 years. However, got an email like you in November 2025 and have been banned ever since. My appeal says "Waiting on Studio" but have heard nothing in 3mths.
I think it's ridiculous that its a straight up permanent ban, no warning, nothing. Then you lose access to EVERYTHING you have purchased. Crazy 😅 has to be some legal route to take. I know someone else in the same boat as us 2 is going down that route to see what can be done.

No updates yet. It really ticks me off because I spent nearly $200 on this game for me and my son to play it together with battle passes. At this point he's given up playing it and went to CoD to play with his friends.
I understand being banned over ReWASD because some losers use it to cheat. I get it, we can't have nice things. But instant perma ban on first ever offense is insane! A few weeks to a month would have been more sensable as a warning. Then it should be a perma ban if you do it again.
