Battle Royale Ranked - Rank reset after Season 4 start

Ranked play RP reset to Rookie 1 (0 RP) instead of Gold 1 (5100 RP). Still got my top 250 rewards thought.

Should have been reset to Gold 1 like everyone else. Bug is knowned and acknoledge - please proceed with a fix ASAP.

RP gained as a rookie (+- 1.5k RP) should be added to my total (5100 + 1500 total RP).

Can't play with anyone now because of the ranked squad limit.

Hi everyone,

We have identified and resolved the issue which caused some players to have their Battle Royale rank reset at the start of Season 4. Additionally, we have added the missing Rank Points to affected players where their current progression was still below the appropriate rank. Players who had already progressed back to or beyond the rank they should have started at did not receive additional Rank Points.

The correction will be applied the next time affected players log in.

How has this still not been resolved? From top rank master to rookie with 0 RP unable to squad up with friends because of the pointless restrictions.
Barely played because of this and honestly don't miss it... Took a look at the leader board and the same blatant cheaters are back at the top. Zero recoil and perfect tracking, always perfectly positioned for every gun fight and never caught off gaurd...
Makes me laugh when they realise they're being spectated and they toggle them off, then get instantly killed next gun fight. Or lost track of the guy ratting in the next building without walls.
The minimum amount of effort required would easily be able to identify the players 'feathering'. Since lauch I've had around 40 - 50 action taken emails but the state of modern fps gaming just makes it seem pointless to bother...

Hi EA, If we are affected by the bug.
Can we still play and get the missing rank points later, or should we rather not play and wait for it to be fixed?

I'm afraid that I get "punished" by not receiving any credit if I try to play now.

I started played ranked and got second place 160 rp and it didn’t count the rp points I know it’s not much but it completely ruin the experience ! Can you check please ?

it would be a simple fix: add 5100RP to anyone that had the fix. This way we get our RP back without losing the RP that we are currently gaining.
This is to keep integrity in the ranked leaderboard. If this is not fix, this is not fair. If we loose RP currently gained, this is not fair.
