Battlefield 4 Veteran Rewards not showing

I’m not seeing my Battlefield 4 Veteran Rewards. Both my Steam and Xbox accounts are linked to the same EA account. I previously played Battlefield 4 on Xbox and still have that account—I played as recently as about a month ago and was rank 80+.

I’ve logged into Battlefield 6 on Steam, but the Veteran Rewards tied to my Battlefield 4 progress are not appearing.
