I have the same issue, not regarding the SSD but the crash situation.

You can take a look into /documents/Battlefield 6/CrashDumps where the dumps of your game crashes are located. Its origin is somerwhere in the last major update.

You can use WinDump to analyze your dump file and post the result into a post here. Be careful with WinDump downloads - just use the one from Microsoft.
