Restarted my rooter and now it's working - pretty sure if I close the game and try to restart it won't work again.
Issue is fixed I just launched my game 👌

I figured it out for myself. I play with an Xbox controller on my PC. I unplugged that and used my mouse to get past the start menu then it worked. I plugged my controller back in and I'm good now. Basic wired Xbox controller

Same issue, played OK before lunch, hour later cant connect due to error, rebooted router, reset network adaptor, checked EA account, no joy with connection, but I was able to play another EA game, is it ISP Virgin? or BF server? hopefully I can shoot em up later
