Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

Definitely an account issue because mine (and many others on Steam forums) is the exact opposite of yours. I can play fine on EA App but not on Steam, using the same EA account.

any fix i have same issues

This is beyond a joke 5 days waiting to play on my xbox ally rog still got the same restricted access absolute **bleep** take 

TL;DR; Run the game from Steam, EA Play is broken.

When launching RedSec using EA Play, I get an error that my account is restricted.

When launching RedSec using Steam, I can play with no issues.

I'm using the same EA account but EA Play does not work for me.

This isn't an account issue, it's an EA Play issue.

I bought Battlefield 6 on Xbox, but when I try to play ResSec on PC I get an error saying my account is restricted. I have no penalties listed against my account and have now issues playing other EA titles such as FC 26.

so i downloaded redsec for the 1st time and it won't let me enter the game. it's saying account restricted so i checked my ea account and the only violation I've ever had was in 2022 and it was for 7 days.

the last ea game i played was the beta and i played all of the beta and I didn't have this issue.

is there anything i can do to play the game?

It is not a ban.. I have it too. I play it on PS5 fine and have the full version of BF6. But trying to play RedSec on the Laptop worked once but now it says my Account is Restricted too. I'm not banned. I spoke to EA and they said they were aware of it and sent me here where you guys are all having a similiar issue.

 I have never played bf6 on ea app and as soon as I downloaded RedSec and tried to launch I was meet with this same error. I then downloaded the steam app and that plays it just fine. P.S. just checked and I have no violations on my account but still have this problem

My fix was play on steam.
