BF6 Battlepass didnt give me all bfcoins

Hello, im writing here in hopes someone 'in power' can sort me out, as the support has been proven to be the most usless illiterate support there was.

In short: I purchased the battle pass for exactly 1100 (as i had 600+purchased 500), and when i completed the battlepass (110), in return i got 800 BFcoins, and not the full 1100. And no, i didnt purchase anything for the remainder. 300 is missing.
