Battlefield 6 Activation and Access Issues on EA.com – No Support Available

Like many others, I’ve been affected by the problematic launch of Battlefield 6 on EA.com. After purchasing, downloading, and launching the game, I received a message saying I needed to install game content or purchase Battlefield 6. Neither the campaign mode nor the multiplayer would launch, even though all game files are properly installed on my PC.

This is especially frustrating because I purchased the license through Origin specifically to avoid issues like this — yet the game doesn't even seem to recognize my ownership.

I don’t understand why this issue occurs at launch. The user experience is extremely disappointing.

I’m very disappointed: I haven’t been able to play the campaign or access multiplayer, despite several hours of waiting. The files aren’t recognized, and nothing works.

What’s worse, support is completely inaccessible. It’s impossible to create a case through the EA.com portal from my account, even after following the whole process and leaving a message in the interface that’s supposed to open a ticket by clicking “Submit.” This is unacceptable.

I also saw that EA.com is offering a Battle Pass to compensate affected players, but again — how are we supposed to claim it when there’s no way to contact support or open a case?

Honestly, I probably should’ve bought the game cheaper on another platform — at least then I wouldn’t be so surprised by the poor quality of the service offered.

Best regards
